Grand Bay Media produces corporate, industrial and development films that help institutions explain projects, demonstrate impact and communicate with stakeholders.
The problem. Electronic fuel monitoring systems and the Regional Electronic Cargo Tracking System (RECTS) are infrastructure most stakeholders never see working. Their value sits in what they prevent — loss, diversion, delay — which is exactly the part a product demo cannot show.
The response. We filmed the systems in operation and built one accurate narrative around what they do and why it matters — then cut it for the separate audiences that each had to be convinced on their own terms.
The result. Delivered ahead of schedule and used in client demonstrations and partner briefings.
Alongside client commissions we develop and run our own series. They are where the interview technique, location discipline and repeat delivery behind our institutional work are built and tested.
A long-form interview series with founders and chief executives of established Kenyan businesses. The sit-down format is the basis of the executive, investor and leadership films we produce for clients.

A review series shot on location in working venues. Small crews, available light and quick turnarounds — the same discipline we bring to hospitality and field production.

We scope every engagement to the reporting, compliance and stakeholder needs of the sector — not to a house style.

Documenting plant, process and construction so buyers, auditors and partners can see capability, not claims.

Communicating multi-year projects to the regulators, lenders and communities they answer to.

Measured, accurate film for institutions where tone and precision are the brief.

Field production for programmes accountable to donors, boards and beneficiaries.
Defined scope, named milestones and documented sign-off at every stage — so approvals, invoicing and delivery are predictable.
Tell us the essentials and we will return a capability statement — with an indicative production scope, timeline and commercial structure — typically within two business days.
